So I made things pretty this week. I shaved, I showered, I painted mom's bathroom, and added color to her house. I was not as exact at this as I would have liked; it might be easier to put up a molding to hide this than to perfect my technique and try again. There is still trim to prime and paint, but I love the colors I chose, Benjamin Moore Pilgrim Haze 75% formulation, trimmed with Mineral Ice in an oil base.
And that made me feel good, but it also felt like a misappropriation of my time. Some of Miriam's old cars were removed this week and I got the tapes from one of them. There's a real estate course, and I of course put in, seemingly at random, the side about managing your time.
And I went to Bridgeport this week. Bridgeport is looking at reimagining its zoning scheme in line with its plan. The biggest contingent were those out to protect Remington Wood. I enjoyed it. It was so damned easy, and now I get to feel guilty, and now I put myself together and head out for Shabbat.
